RECYCLING AT OHIO STATE FOOTBALL GAMES; look at these numbers!

The Ohio State University has recycled more than 253 tons of trash from Buckeye football games from 2007 to 2010, with an average recycling rate of 41%.

Partying at the famous OSU Football Tailgate Party? Recycling is Made EASY by the campus staff.

• Bring your own bag for recycling or pick up a recycling bag provided by the university. OR

• Look for the RED CONTAINERS to recycle cans, bottles, paper, and plastic.

OSU has made the simple process of recycling even more simple! All of the trash from the stadium is sorted through, and recyclables are retrieved and properly disposed of. You can even get the recycling statistics on the scoreboard during the Buck’s game.
